Life and Learning Youth Center (LLYC) offers learning experiences that go beyond traditional tutoring or childcare. Our programs are designed to help youth excel academically, build real world skills, and stay connected to caring adults in their community.
Through high quality summer enrichment, an intergenerational computer lab, and youth life skills and entrepreneurship programming, we support the whole family—youth, caregivers, and elders—as they learn, grow, and pursue brighter futures together in South Everett.

What Makes This Camp Special?
The Summer Enrichment Program blends daily hands-on learning with a unique Career & Life Simulation Game where students choose a career path (such as software engineer, pilot, environmental scientist, entrepreneur, etc.) and make real-life decisions about housing, transportation, savings, and responding to unexpected events. This combination helps students understand how the world works, how careers connect to education and income, and how personal decisions affect long-term outcomes.
Each child will build a personal research binder containing notes, experiments, and career exploration activities to take home at the end of camp as a keepsake of their summer learning.
Here, you can share your thoughts, insights, and experiences with a diverse audience eager to engage with your ideas. Click below to fill out the Interest Form so that we can send you the Summer Enrichment Program Registration Packet.
